The pictures above illustrate our starting point. Both garages and the dated sloping roof carport were removed, allowing several rooms to benefit from better daylight. Space released by removal of the right hand garage allowed the creation of a new room with matching window and exterior finishAn extension can provide the workspace or else opportunites for new development within the existing building, adding both desire and value to your property.

After
The next step involved building a large three-car garage and storeroom extension (to replace the garages removed in phase one) which seamlessly attached to the other wing of the main building. The left-hand photographs show how this appeared before the work began, while the right-hand photographs show the final result with the new garage building featuring matching exterior of the existing building together with a new traditional courtyard surface.
